Sessions
Engagement sessions are a sweet way to celebrate. They are also a great excuse to finally get photo’s together.
I like to approach sessions without a list of poses, without preconceived ideas of what I want to shoot, and to let you guys be you. If you guys are quiet, introverted, and shy - It wouldn’t make a ton of sense to have photo’s of you guys jumping all over the place. Likewise, if you guys are insane and naturally jump all over the place, it wouldn’t make sense to have you guys quietly wrapped up (for the entire session, anyways). All this to say that I try my best to capture you guys how you actually are. I’ll still throw out some ideas and suggest what you guys should do, so long as it feels like you!
Sessions are always scheduled during Golden hour. If we absolutely cannot make it work during golden hour, then we will figure it out - but to take advantage of the best possible lighting, its well worth it!
Styling is a tough one for a lot of people. If you are struggling, I do have a style guide I can send you. However, all it basically says is “wear whatever you feel cool in” and “don’t get super dressed up (unless getting super dressed up is something you do every day)”. Try to picture what you’d wear if you were heading out to a concert you are really stoked about.

Sessions are $500+hst
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking
